Heartmender

When Ethan shows up in town, the light-colored canine, the dark-furred wolf, and the third darker individual watch him leave at sunset from outside a house. Inside, they gather in the kitchen to make drinks while talking about how his return is affecting them all. The conversation shifts from sadness to what love means for each of them. Eventually, one of the canines offers comfort and promises to help the others through whatever comes next.
